Very few Clubs will be as fortunate as we. Here we have three of a kind with almost 1400 Minor Counties Wickets between them. All three played for Oxfordshire, all three Captained our Club and all three are still with the Club as Senior President, President and Director of Cricket. They are Dennis (Joe) Banton senior President with a fantastic 571 Oxfordshire Wickets, Simon Porter President with 355 minor County Wickets and Rupert Evans, still the leading bowler in our 1st XI and leading bowler in the HCPCL, with 447 Oxfordshire Wickets. What a trio.
